Vehicle Purchase Procedure
From selection to delivery · TOPEX, Republic of Korea
- Vehicle selection. You share the make, model, year, budget or a specific listing. TOPEX searches the South Korean market for matching vehicles.
- Availability confirmation. TOPEX confirms current availability and price with the supplier (Korean dealer, distributor or private seller). Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.
- Inspection (optional). If requested, a paid inspection (USD 150 per vehicle) is arranged before you commit. The inspection is a visual assessment only — not a mechanical certification, warranty or guarantee of future condition. Hidden defects may exist and some systems may not be accessible.
- Deposit. A reservation deposit is generally required before a vehicle is removed from the market and reserved for you. Typical amounts start from USD 2,000 and vary by vehicle value, supplier requirements, transaction structure and destination country. Deposits are generally non-refundable once the vehicle is reserved, purchased or committed to a supplier. Payment is by bank transfer only.
- Vehicle purchase. On your written instruction, TOPEX completes the purchase of the vehicle from the dealer.
- Export documentation. TOPEX prepares the standard export documents (commercial invoice, export declaration / certificate, bill of lading and related documents). Documents are accurate; TOPEX does not falsify invoices or customs/export documents.
- Shipping. TOPEX coordinates international shipping to your destination port. Freight rates are indicative only and schedules, vessel availability and port conditions may change; rates are quoted case-by-case and delivery dates are estimates. TOPEX is not liable for delays caused by carriers, ports, customs, weather or force majeure.
- Final documents delivery. Once the vehicle is shipped, TOPEX delivers the final shipping and export documents you need for import and customs clearance in the destination country.
