B2B Vehicle Export Partnership from South Korea

TOPEX works with international importers, dealers, traders and automotive companies who source used vehicles from the South Korean market. We coordinate sourcing, inspection, export documentation and international shipping — with clear procedures and transparent fees.

About TOPEX

TOPEX is a vehicle export company based in the Republic of Korea. Our core business is the export of used vehicles sourced from the South Korean market. TOPEX acts as an export facilitator, sourcing partner and export coordinator on the ground in Korea. TOPEX is not necessarily the owner of the vehicles it sources: most vehicles may be owned by Korean dealers, Korean distributors or private sellers. Vehicle availability must always be confirmed with the supplier before reservation or purchase.

  3. Inspection (optional)If requested, a paid inspection is arranged before commitment.

Inspection Service

Inspection is optional and paid. The standard inspection fee is USD 150 per vehicle. An inspection typically includes photographs, video where available, a visual condition assessment, a basic condition report and OBD diagnostics where the vehicle and supplier access allow. An inspection is a visual assessment only — it is not a mechanical certification, a warranty or a guarantee of future condition. Hidden defects may exist, and some vehicle systems may not be accessible during inspection.

Export Documentation

TOPEX prepares the standard documentation required to export a vehicle from the Republic of Korea, which generally includes the commercial invoice, export certificate / export declaration, bill of lading and related shipping documents. TOPEX does not falsify invoices or customs/export documents and does not participate in sanctions evasion. Documentation requirements vary by destination country and are confirmed case-by-case.

Shipping to Destination Ports

TOPEX coordinates international shipping from Korea (typically from the Port of Busan) to your destination port by container or RoRo, depending on the vehicle and route. Freight rates are indicative only; schedules and vessel availability may change; port congestion may occur; and carrier delays are outside TOPEX's control. Shipping is therefore quoted case-by-case, and TOPEX does not promise fixed shipping rates or fixed delivery dates.
